We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.

Return and Refund Policy

  • All sales are final except in cases of damage during shipping.

  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us within five business days with photos.

  • If approved, we will provide return shipping for the item. Once the original piece is received back, we will repair or replace it at no cost.

  • Each Auriluxen piece is crafted from genuine leather and made to order. Natural variations in tone, texture, and character are part of the material’s beauty and make every item unique. These variations are not considered defects.
